How do I know if my order went through?

After an order is placed, we'll send an order confirmation to your email immediately. If any mistakes were made in ordering, please contact us as soon as possible to rectify the situation. If you haven't received an email, please check your SPAM filter in your email first and then contact us.

What should I do if the size is different from what I ordered?

Please note that the measurement shown on the size chart is around 1-2 cm tolerance. Every product has its size chart on the page, and we use the measurement of cm to measure the product. If they don't fit you well, you could return the items. (Please check our return policy)

What if the color of an ordered item is a little different from what I saw online?

Our products are photographed by the camera, without adding any filters to the picture. Product color difference depends on your phone or computer screen, but if you are unhappy with your order we will be happy to do a return or exchange.

When will I receive my order?

Most shipments in Europe are delivered within 7-9 working days. We always provide you with a tracking number, so you can follow your parcel realtime. If the dispatch is taking way longer than planned, we will inform you by email.
